Project Overview

DTTCP Lyneham was transformed from a former RAF airbase into a new Armed Forces training facility for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation.

The new single living accommodation and purpose-built enhanced training facilities for over 1,100 trainees and 800 staff from the Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force are a network of 40 buildings and conform to a DREAM (Defence Related Environmental Assessment Methodology) Excellent rating.

The application of the BEMS in a variety of applications from Close control Fume Extract Systems to Large scale VRF integration ensures that whilst the site wide energy efficiency is maintained, the environmental conditions are not compromised.
